Jasmine Vializ

Jasmine is a healthcare advisor, speaker, and leader. As the CEO of Inlera, Inc. Jasmine leads a team of professionals committed to using their expertise, creativity & problem solving to help get providers back to the heart of their practice.

Jasmine uses her passion for people and over two decades of healthcare leadership experience to usher in the next generation of medical billers and take organizations to new levels of efficiency and effectiveness. She is highly skilled at developing systems that position healthcare organizations to scale while delivering exceptional services to its patients. As a result, during 16+ years in business, many of her clients have experienced 200% growth during the first six months with Inlera.

Jasmine & her leadership team follow the principles of servant leadership and believe in creating a sustainable work environment that is fulfilling to its team both personally & professionally. Jasmine operates from her core mission to improve the delivery of patient care by alleviating the stress and confusion from the business side of healthcare. She believes wholeheartedly in the importance of living a life full of passion & purpose.

Jasmine is also a certified yoga instructor and Co-Founder of a beloved Charlotte based yoga studio, Dancing Lotus Yoga + Arts. She lives for a juicy personal, spiritual or business development book. In her spare time, she can be found on her yoga mat, dancing salsa, traveling with her family or oceanside with a book in hand. She uses every free moment to take in cultural arts with her kids and is frequently jamming along to a wide range of music, from show tunes to standards to classic rock. Stemming from her life as an army brat, Jasmine also has a love of foreign language and international culture, and she can be caught often speaking in a language or an accent other than her own. Jasmine lives in Charlotte, NC with her husband, Chris, and their beautifully blended family of 7.
